The Baltimore Workforce Investment
Board, a business-led alliance with members appointed by Mayor Martin
O’Malley, presents the Employer Tool Kit to ensure that area employers
can easily access workforce information and services. The Baltimore
Workforce Investment Board oversees the city’s workforce development
strategies to ensure that Baltimore’s workforce has the skills
necessary to meet the current and future demands of area employers and
that Baltimore’s workforce strategies are effective, efficient
and tied to economic development.
